Stratford Regeneration focuses on the acquisition, improvement, and long-term stewardship of assets where community ownership can deliver lasting benefit.
The Society supports regeneration projects that strengthen the town centre, safeguard heritage where appropriate, and encourage sustainable economic activity. Investment is patient, locally governed, and directed toward outcomes that benefit Stratford over the long term.
Asset-Led Regeneration
We focus on the acquisition and stewardship of town-centre and strategically important assets where community ownership can deliver long-term benefit.
Community Investment
We enable local people to invest through community shares, providing patient capital to support regeneration and long-term stewardship.
Long-Term Stewardship
Assets are managed responsibly over the long term, with surpluses reinvested into future projects aligned with the Society’s objectives.
